Another mad week. Our plans this week, already busy, were stretched somewhat by the rare event this summer of four dry (ish)days in a row! Just had our annual Soil Association inspection. We are inspected on our Production and again on our Processing so a long day and always rather nerve racking. Great news, we passed with flying colours! Thank you to the inspector and the Soil Association.
Summer 2012 Harvest proving to be a real challenge!
