CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.
If you will be arriving after 6pm please notify us in advance.

MOBILE SERVICE
Most networks works well on site and we have 4G coverage (most of the time).  Remember you can always use your mobile regardless of service to make an emergency call.

GROUP BOOKINGS
We allow group bookings but please ensure you let us know the group size/type at the time of booking!  There is a £150 surcharge for group bookings, please see our T&Cs of stay for further information.

DOGS
One well behaved dog is welcome in all accommodation. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
We have some chickens free ranging around the place – they are very friendly but wary, so they shouldn’t bother you at all. If you bring your dog, then please be mindful of the chickens and remember to keep your dogs on a lead where necessary – thank you

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Throughout the site we endeavour to minimise our impact on the environment by using an eco electricity company, our own bore hole water source, bio-digesters for the treatment of waste water, and non-toxic cleaning products.  We also provide recycling for waste materials and compost bins for food waste.

BEES
We are a friend of the bees and have a secluded area in the wood with 4 hives.  This is their own peaceful sanctuary, so please respect their privacy as they are busy making delicious honey.

CHICKENS
Whilst the hens are fenced into their ranges, they do sometimes escape as ‘the grass is always greener on the other side’, they are very friendly but wary, so they shouldn’t bother you at all.  If you bring your dog, then please be mindful of the chickens and remember to keep your dogs on a lead where necessary – thank you
